. A minimum upfront payment of 50% is required before any commission work begins.
. The remaining balance must be paid before the final files are delivered.
. Work will not proceed until the initial payment has been received.2. Revisions
. Each commission includes up to two (2) revisions.
. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur extra charges.
. Revision fees vary depending on the complexity of the requested changes.3. Project Timeline
. An initial draft (line art or sketch phase) is typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
. Most commissions are completed within one month.
. Completion times may vary depending on project complexity, workload, and communication delays.4. Change Requests
. Major changes must be requested during the initial draft or line art phase.
. Once the project enters the color/rendering phase, only minor adjustments may be requested.
. Requests that significantly alter the original concept after approval may require additional fees or project rescheduling.5. Cancellation & Refunds
. Clients may cancel a commission before work has begun and receive a full refund.
. Once work has started, payments become non-refundable.
. No refunds will be issued after the project has entered the color draft, rendering, or finalization stage.6. Delivery
. Final files will be delivered after full payment has been received.
. Delivery formats may include PNG, JPG, or other agreed-upon formats.
. Source files are not included unless explicitly stated in the commission agreement.7. Copyright & Usage
. The artist retains copyright ownership of all artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
. Clients may not claim authorship of commissioned artwork.
. Commercial usage rights must be discussed and agreed upon before project completion.
. The artist reserves the right to display commissioned work in portfolios, galleries, social media, and promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement has been arranged.8. Acceptance of Terms
